Our Nursing Staff

Johanna Trowell, L.P.N., Senior Nurse - Obstetrics/Infertility

Johanna joined our practice in late 2004 and combines her professional training as a nurse with her personal experiences as a mother of three boys. Johanna has been trained in IPL treatments, Vibradermabration and Obagi skin rejuvination as well as takes care of our patients throughout the day. She is also fluent in Spanish as well as English and can assist those patients in need of translation with expert and caring advice. Johanna also takes care of our infertility patients with education, information and instructions per our physicians

Wendy Womble, LPN - Obstetrics / Gynecology / Patient Care

Wendy is an experienced obstetrics and gynecology nurse. Her father has been an Obstetrician and Gynecologist for many years now. He has since retired from private practice. Wendy currently handles all high risk and normal obstetric patients. Wendy assists the physicians with office procedures. Wendy also enjoys interacting with patients on the phone with lab results or any questions or concerns they may have. Wendy and her husband live in Clermont and they have a little daughter, Hannah.

Rachel Maddox, R.M.A.

Rachel came aboard in January 2008. She brings with her more than fourteen (14) years experience in obstetrics and gynecology. She worked for an OB/GYN office in Slidell, LA for twelve (12) years prior to moving with her husband and two children, to Florida after the hurricane.

Aesthetics

Jacquie Little, LE

Jacquie is our licensed aesthetician. Jacquie graduated with her license in aesthetics in 2000 in South Florida. She then relocated to Lake County where she has been practiciing her aesthetics. She joined our team in 2005 bringing her unique techniques and vast skin care knowledge.

Office/Practice Manager

Tanis Hudson

Tanis is our office/practice manager and finance coordinator. She serves as patient advocate by providing assistance with appointment and referral scheduling, insurance authorizations, and coordination of care. She currently lives in Clermont with her husband and has extended family in Clermont, Lakeland and New Port Richey.

Tanis is available to assist both patients and staff with a myriad of questions related to insurance, HIPAA privacy policies, vendor relationships, human resources, community relations, and marketing. The most frequently asked question she gets, however, is related to the office decor, which she designed and implemented herself.

Front Office Personnel

Antanaja Holberg

Our front office personnel are usually the first staff members to greet patients in our office. They call all patients to confirm appointment times and dates two days in advance, verify patient information at each visit, triage incoming phone calls, and relay messages between patients and office staff throughout the day. Some patients feel they are the most important people in our office as they are able to provide immediate assistance for most patient needs.

Natalie joined us at the first of December 2006. She was born in Tampa and grew up in New Port Richey, FL. Natalie moved to the Orlando area to attend college. She has worked a few years in customer service and modeling. Natalie is also the niece of Dr. Kristina McLean.

General Office Personnel

Nataline Stone

She has worked a few years in customer service and modeling. Natalie is also the niece of Dr. Kristina McLean. Natalie assists us with check-out and she handles all prescriptions and refills.

Araceli Martinez, Evelyn Sanchez & Marisa Cruz ~ Billing Coordinators

Araceli, Administrative Assistant, has several years of medical billing experience in Clermont. She is always ready and willing to help our patients with any insurance or billing issues they may have. Araceli also does our surgery authorizations. Feel free to contact her between 10:00am - 5:00pm Araceli may be reached at ext. #103

Evelyn rejoined us in January and is conveniently located in between the front desk and check-out. She sold her home in Miami and she and her husband are purchasing here in Clermont. Evelyn also has had several years of billing experience in the Miami area. Evelyn may be reached to discuss your insurance issues by calling our office.

Our billing coordinators are bilingual, speaking fluent spanish and english.

Lori McLean, Accounting, Licensed Massage Therapist

Lori is also a nurse aid and works here three (3) days a week to fill in where needed. She has extensive office skills and helps with lab results, filing, redesigning and creating forms, etc. Lori actually owns a home in Holiday, Florida which is just outside of New Port Richey. Her days here are Tuesday thru Thursday.
